   By accessing and using Panoram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Age Restrictions

   Users must be at least 18 years old to access and register on the platform.

3. User-Generated Content

   Users are prohibited from posting inappropriate content or creating content that intentionally damages the interests of the brands selling products on the platform. Fair feedback and comparisons are allowed, but damaging content is not tolerated. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

   Accounts found to violate the platform's guidelines or Terms of Use may be subject to content removal, suspension, or termination.

5. Dispute Resolution

   Disputes between users, influencers, and brands should be resolved directly between the parties involved. Panoram may provide assistance if needed, but brands and influencers are ultimately responsible for their content and products.

6. Advertising and Promotions

   Classic advertisements are not allowed on the platform. Influencer content should be authentic and follow the guidelines of the respective brands.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content on the platform, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Panoram or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. License and Site Access

   Panoram grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this platform. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents.

9. Data Protection

   User data is stored in a protected database, with image and video storage handled by AWS S3 buckets and AWS Cognito for login information. Necessary order information is forwarded to the brands' systems for order fulfillment. Users can find the data protection terms for each brand in the platform's settings.

10. Sharing User Data with Third Parties

    User data may be shared with third parties, such as AWS and the brands involved in order fulfillment, as described in point 9.

11. Deletion or Modification of Personal Data

    Users can request the deletion or modification of their personal data by contacting Panoram through the contact page at panoram.us/contact.

12. Legal Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

    Panoram is not responsible for the content and products published on the platform. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Panoram disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Panoram does not warrant that the platform, its servers, or email sent from Panoram are free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Changes to Terms of Use or Data Protection Policy

    Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms of Use or Data Protection policy via email.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Panoram is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that country.
